XT-CaT* is a combustion catalytic system. It has application in all diesel, NPG, NLG, gasoline engines as well as oil fired boilers and
furnaces. The catalytic action brings about more complete combustion for
more complete, fuel-efficient burn.
How XT-CaT works
Each XT-CaT unit contains proprietory metal alloy " pellets". It is mounted on the engine and
plumbed into the fuel supply line. Engine vibration ensures optimum fuel exposure during the flow-through. The CaT-exposed-fuel is reactive in the
combustion chamber. Highly oxidizing, the fuel burn is more complete and
dramatically increases power and superior fuel efficiency.

XT-CaTs have a consistent record of improved engine performance in more than 250,000 engines of all
types, ranging in size from 15 HP to 15,000 HP+……from riding lawnmowers to ocean-going ships.

Example of efficiency impact over the life of a unit:
(Diesel emissions release 22 lbs of CO2/ gallon - EPA)
-Genset Engine of one mW:
-Fuel used over life of XT-Cat: 1,125,000 gallons
-Fuel saved (at10%): 112,500 gallons
-Reduction of CO2 released: 1, 250 tons
